Each of our simulators can accommodate 6-8 people. The hourly fee is for the simulator rental, so you can bring as many people as you’d like for one flat rate.

New Guests: We operate by appointment or reservation only to ensure the best experience for our guests. We are typically available most days of the week, with the exception of Sundays. Returning Guests: Facility is open 24/7.

Reservations are typically required, but if our "Open" sign is on, you're welcome to drop in and see if a simulator is available!

Absolutely! ShotLab is family-friendly and offers activities that can be enjoyed by kids of all ages. Firearm Simulator: Kids must be old enough to safely handle and shoot the firearm. Trackman Golf Simulator: Kids just need to be able to swing a club or putt. Children must be closely supervised to ensure their safety, and safe handling of the equipment.

Firearm Simulator: Up to four players or more can shoot simultaneously. Trackman Golf Simulator: One person hits at a time, but multiplayer modes allow several players to take turns.

Our facility accommodates up to 30 people for private events. If you'd like to visit before booking, please contact us.

Our facility features a restroom, a drinking fountain, couches, and seating areas throughout. Additionally, for parties and events, we offer freshly popped popcorn.

Yes, we provide a basic orientation covering firearm handling and sight usage.

No, our simulator firearms do not have recoil. They are designed to provide a safe and realistic shooting experience without the physical kickback of a real firearm. This makes them suitable for users of all skill levels and ages. Options for recoil typically involve the use of CO2 or Green Gas, but we've found these systems often lead to inconsistent performance, frequent refills, and subpar experiences for our customers. While our firearms do not have recoil, many of the skills typically associated with using recoil guns—such as sight alignment and target acquisition—can still be effectively practiced. Our dynamic simulator challenges you to aim and shoot quickly at various areas of the screen, providing an engaging and realistic training experience.

We offer the newest product from Trackman, the Trackman IO system. The IO stands for “Indoor Optimized” meaning it’s Trackman’s “purpose-built product for the indoor game”. This results in a better playing experience, with amazing new features not available on most other simulators. As far as we are aware, we are the only facility offering this system in the area.

Our simulators feature a selection of world-renowned golf courses, including Pebble Beach. As well as practice ranges and mini-games. New courses are added on a regular basis.

You are welcome to bring your own clubs, and many customers do, but we also provide a variety of golf clubs for use during your session.

Yes, our simulator provides detailed metrics, including swing speed, ball trajectory, and distance, to help you refine your game. This is all tracked automatically through the Trackman app.

Yes, for new customers, we request that cancellations be made at least two hours in advance. For returning customers and members who reserve a simulator using our scheduling system directly, you may cancel a reservation at any time without penalty.
